I’ve just finished quilting this sweet vintage quilt hand pieced many years ago. A cherished top comes out of storage and now can be used and loved by family members. It’s obvious that this scrap quilt was lovingly pieced out of clothing or fabric remnants. I can just imagine the little dress made from the red ghingam or the green flowered print.
Enjoy your quilt and when you wrap up in it just imagine a warm hug from grandma. I hope she’s happy that her work is finished and being enjoyed.
